Together,
Mr. Kenneth Hawkins and Mr. Dan Bay have an aggregate
experience of over forty years which includes training,
mediation, change management, planning, and communication
projects. Moreover, each principle has hand on
experience working and managing within complex
organizations.

Dan
Bay
has
over twenty years of management experience in the public and
private sectors. Over the past three years, he has had
significant experience working with start-up technology companies
as a business consultant involved in examination of product
and financing strategies. He served as interim Chief
Operating Officer while developing one company's management
team and operational systems.
Mr.
Bay has also served in senior management roles in local government
agencies for many years. During his tenure in local
government, he was involved in all aspects of operational
and strategic functions, and he directed a variety of difficult
projects including managements reorganization, new program
development, strategic communications and public relations.
Mr.
Bay's diverse management experience provides an excellent
foundation for assisting individuals and organizations in
resolving challenging organizational problems. His skills
have been applied to a variety of situations, including organizational
assessments, conflict management, cultural diversity training,
team building, public relations, communications, and strategic
and operational planning.
Mr.
Bay has been involved in major organizational development
and management projects with numerous public sector organizations
including Chicago, Houston, San Francisco, Milpitas, Ventura
County, San Jose and Sacramento. Each Situation required
the application of diverse skills to address complex human
relations and management issues.
He
was awarded a bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin.
He also holds a masters degree in business administration
from Keller Graduate School of Management. To
add: Mr. Bay has
received many awards from a number of organizations for contributions
to his professional field. Recognized as an authority
on a variety of management subjects, he has lectured to numerous
university and professional groups.
